Plunge pool
A 12m concrete plunge pool in the old cold-store, cold daylight from industrial windows. Lanes are unmarked — it is for laps and for coming down off the floor, not for splashing. Towels at the door.
Treatments
Six treatments on the board: a 30-minute back and shoulder, a 60-minute deep tissue, a sports massage, a hot stone, a facial, and a foot reset. Book at the desk or at the bar. Treatments are with Liverpool-trained therapists.
Sauna & steam
A dry sauna and a small steam room, set off the pool. Concrete bench, glass steam. Quiet hours 06:00–09:00 and 19:00–21:00.
Hours
06:00–21:00 daily. Open to hotel guests and members. Treatments by appointment.
In short
Small, clean, calm. Not a destination spa — a place to reset between the floor and bed. The plunge pool is the best of it.
